Modern Mechanical Services

Modern Mechanical Services, Inc. was incorporated in 2004 out of the response to a need for providing excellent service to the construction customers of Modern Mechanical Systems. It was the achieved goal of Tony Clement, founder and Jeff Clement, President of Modern Mechanical Systems, to create such a highly reliable HVAC Service Company.

Modern Mechanical Services has built a reputation of prompt and trusted service and Modern now boasts a strong customer base with very high expectations of their service provider. These include stellar companies such as Mastercam, Middletown Area Transit Bus and John Dorr Nature Lab; educational institutions such as Southern Connecticut State University, Watkinson School and Windsor Public Schools; and health care facilities such as Community Health Resources and Cardinal Health which rely upon Modern Mechanical Services to maintain the dependable operation of their human environment control systems.

It is also the task of a superior HVAC maintenance provider to keep its clients informed of energy saving products and rebate programs from power companies. These rebates are a method by which funds may be provided to assist in replacing obsolete energy-inefficient air conditioning equipment.

Modern Mechanical Services seeks to establish a partnership with our customers to maintain their environmental systems at peak performance and at the lowest energy cost possible.
