Preconstruction

Modern Mechanical Systems has the in-house capability to perform in-depth drawing review and budgeting for projects of every size and complexity. MMS can perform project budgeting from the conceptual phase through working/construction drawing phase.

Design/Build

Modern Mechanical Systems has the in-house capability to provide design and installation of HVAC, plumbing, medical gas and process piping systems for building expansions, major renovations or new facilities.

BIM - Building Information Modeling (3D)

Modern Mechanical Systems utilizes BIM (3D) during the coordination process. This offers improved design quality, increased productivity, enhanced workflows and extends design to fabrication.

Plumbing/Medical Gas

Modern Mechanical Systems has licensed plumbers and medical gas installers with the experience and knowledge to provide and install plumbing and medical gas systems in educational facilities, health care facilities, factories, data centers, commercial buildings, offices and institutional facilities.

HVAC/Process Piping

Modern Mechanical Systems has licensed heating mechanics and sheetmetal installers with the experience and knowledge to provide and install HVAC and process piping systems in educational facilities, health care facilities, factories, data centers, commercial buildings, offices and institutional facilities.
