Fairfield University - Quad Campus New Residence Hall

Quad Residence is a traditional four-story double occupancy dormitory with common areas, toilet rooms and lounges for 135 students. Modern Mechanical Systems was the prime plumbing contractor for this project. The plumbing included the installation of two gas-fired water heaters, two storage tanks and over 5,000 ft. of pipe and 70 plumbing fixtures.
