Hotchkiss School - Monahan Building

This project consisted of the converstion of an old Athletic Center into an Administration Building. This building was originally built in the early 1900's and had been unoccupied for several years. The building was completely gutted and a new 4-pipe hot water/chilled water VAV system with heat recovery and perimeter fintube was installed. This project has submitted for LEED Gold Certification.
