New Canaan High School

This project consisted of a 315,000 SF gut renovation and additons of a high school. The additions include a new kitchen, cafeteria and central hot water/chilled water plant. The existing steam and chilled water HVAC system was completely removed and replaced with a new 4-pipe hot water/chilled water system with indoor AHU's, VAV boxes with reheat and perimeter radiant ceiling panels. The contract for the HVAC work for this project was $10,500,000.
