Torringford Elementary School

Torrington, Connecticut

This project consisted of a 57,000 SF addition to an existing 45,000 SF Elementary School. The existing steam heating system was completely removed and replaced with a 4-pipe hot water/chilled water system. The classrooms are heated and cooled with 4-pipe unit ventilators. The administration and assembly areas have 4-pipe heat recovery units with VAV boxes.
